Pole fitness is a fantastic way to improve your cardiovasular fitness, strength, flexibility and core control. It is the complete package for giving you an all over body workout.
At Chrome Spinners we aim to ensure your pole fitness experience is learnt in a relaxed, supportive and safe environment and most importantly you have fun!
Pole fitness classes
Suitable for all ages, sizes and levels of fitness. You will learn at a pace that ensures you feel comfortable and confident with the spins and tricks you are learning as you progress.
Classes are taught 2 persons to one pole in a class of maximum 10 people so that you get the most out of your lesson.
We run both beginner classes and mixed ability classes.
Classes are £11 per session.

From the moment I attended my first pole lesson in 2008 I loved how strong pole dancing made me feel. Walking away from a class having achieved a new spin, trick or combo really boosted my confidence and my weekly pole class couldn't come round quick enough! By the end of 2009 I was teaching. In 2014 I became a qualified XPERT Pole Fitness Level 1&2 Instructor and started my own pole school, Chrome Spinners.
My favourite pole tricks are anything that involves an elbow grip. If I’m having an off day training then smashing out an elbow grip instantly makes me feel strong again. Aside from the strength aspect of pole, I also love the creative element of pole - putting combinations together and thinking up ways to transition from one spin/trick to another.
My favourite time of the week is gathering all the instructors together for a 'pole jam' where we try out new moves and bounce ideas off each other.
If I had to sum up my classes in 3 words they would be – Fun, Rewarding & Social. I’m really proud of the Chrome Spinners team and what they each bring to their classes. Our main aim always being to ensure your pole journey with us, albeit short or long, is an enjoyable one!
I fell in love with the AMAZING feeling that learning to pole dance gave me at my very first lesson back in 2005. In March 2009 I started teaching & have qualified with an internationally accredited, Pole Fitness Instructor course with Spin City Aerial Fitness.
I have been "living the dream" of turning what was once a hobby into a rewarding & successful business. I thrive on seeing woman fall in love with themselves as they grow in terms of physical strength & body confidence & completely love being part of the catalyst of new & long lasting friendships.
The aerial industry is growing rapidly, with influences from dynamic dance, gymnastic & circus styles coming into the foreground. I am so excited by this & it keeps me striving for growth as an instructor & dancer.

I absolutely adore teaching, it is a privilege to be part of the Chrome Spinners Team. I enjoy watching the students gain not only strength but confidence too. Seeing them achieve their goals is always a highlight of mine.
I completed my Xpert Pole fitness level 1 and 2 training and I am fully insured and first aid trained.
I enjoy teaching all levels of students and use my vast knowledge of the human body to help assist in student flexibility and development in fitness and strength. It gives me great pride to watch my students develop in skills and conquer their fears in an area that they never thought possible.
I am fully qualified to teach all levels of pole.
Pole fitness has been a passion of mine since 2008 when I first started. Back then I didn't know the impact pole would have, every lesson I am amazed at what I can achieve and the self confidence I gain. I became a Chrome Spinners instructor this year after completing the Expert pole fitness levels 1 & 2. I am so proud to be part of such an amazing team. It's not only the fitness side, it's the amazing group of people you meet along the way who share a passion for pole.
